Laurie leads Fidesq's audit practice. He spent years in full-time SEO, including a senior SEO manager role, before search itself changed shape: buyers now ask AI assistants for a single answer instead of scanning a page of links. The AI Visibility Audit is his response, a fixed method for measuring and fixing how AI describes a business, tested on Fidesq's own site first.

In 2026 he added the Small Business AI CRM: one owned system for an owner-led service business's enquiries, follow-up, bookings and invoicing, built for the client and handed over with the logins. He owns every client relationship personally.

Twenty years in marketing, in agency and in-house roles, with a CIM Advanced Certificate in Marketing and an MSc in Design for Interactive Media.

Roland

Software developer · Ad-hoc consultancy (voluntary basis)

Roland is a full-stack software engineer with 7 years’ experience building scalable web applications. He has worked on a large-scale ecommerce platform built on Next.js, Node.js and AWS, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the platform. He leads on the technical side at Fidesq, providing expertise across each stage of the development life-cycle, from design and build through testing and deployment.

His background spans full-stack web development and design, backed by a fine art degree and a decade of professional design production, with particular strength in turning ideas into production-ready, user-centred web applications.
