AI training for teams

AI training for teams in London and across the UK, built on your own work

Your team already uses AI. This makes what it produces good enough to sign off. Every session runs on your own briefs, drafts and reports, taught by a marketer, so the team leaves with a way of working it uses on Monday rather than a memory of a demo.

For agencies, marketing teams and owner-led businesses. Half day in person for up to 20 people, £1,200, in London and on site across the South East and the Midlands; two hours remote for up to 15, £750, anywhere in the UK. The next step is a 20-minute call.

Half day in person

£1,200 £2,000

Up to 20 people, built on three pieces of your team's live work. Three places a month at this rate.

Why this training

More drafts, faster. More time checking them.

Your team has probably sat through a generic AI course. They use ChatGPT or Claude every day. What nobody agreed before the tools arrived is what good looks like, so the drafts arrive faster and the checking takes longer. The fix is a shift in how the team works: stop treating AI as a search engine, and start briefing it like a capable new starter who knows nothing about your business.

Where it goes wrong

  • Client content going out flat. Technically fine, sounds like everyone else, and the client has started to notice.
  • A report that explains a number with a reason nobody checked. The commentary reads well and the "why" was invented.
  • Tone drift. Phrases the brand would never use, arriving in every third draft.
  • Claims without a source. A statistic, a comparison, a promise, and no one can say where it came from.

What changes after the session

  • One way of briefing, written the same way by everyone, so the draft that comes back is the draft you asked for.
  • A tool that works from your material, your voice, your facts and the ASA and CAP rules, not whatever it remembers from the internet.
  • A five-point check every draft passes, with a named person signing it off before it goes out.

Who it's for

AI training for agencies, marketing teams and small businesses

For teams that already use AI and want what it produces to be good enough to send. The person who books it signs off the checklist afterwards. The team brings the work.

01

Agencies

Content, account and creative teams whose AI-assisted client work is going out flat. Often run as part of onboarding when we're already building something for the agency, then again as the team's use grows.

02

In-house marketing teams

Marketing and communications teams at UK firms and charities. The head of marketing books it; the team brings a brief, a draft and a report.

03

Owner-led businesses

The owner and whoever writes, quotes and replies to enquiries, in firms of 2 to 50 staff. Usually the two-hour remote session, built on the emails and proposals you send every week.

Formats and prices

AI training for teams: three formats, one method

Every format starts with a pre-event interview and runs on your team's own work, in ChatGPT or Claude, whichever the team already uses. Three places a month at the launch rate for each format, then the standard rate until the next month. Invoiced by Fidesq Business Consulting Ltd.

Remote, up to 15 people

Two hours online

The briefing method, the quality check and one of your live workflows rebuilt on the call. For distributed teams and teams outside London. Leaves the team with a brief template and the five-point checklist.

Training and implementation

When we're building something for you, the training is part of it

See AI Implementation →

A system only earns its keep if the team uses it well. So when we build something under AI Implementation, the training runs alongside the build rather than after it.

  • At onboarding: one session on the briefing method and the quality check, so the team starts the new way of working on day one.
  • At handover: three short sessions on the system itself, built on the team's own work. Included in the build.
  • As use grows: a check-in at 30 days, then a session whenever a new workflow or new people join. Booked at the remote rate.

An example half day

An AI workshop for your team: a morning of method, an afternoon on your work

The afternoon is built from your pre-event interview, so the three workflows and the closing module change to fit the team. The team already uses ChatGPT or Claude. That's the entry requirement, not the lesson. Nobody writes code.

  1. 1Ten days before

    Pre-event interview

Thirty minutes with you. What the team does in a typical week, which tools they use and any company rules on data, the three live pieces of work to rebuild, who in the room is sceptical, and what "worth the money" looks like on the Monday.

  2. 2Morning

The briefing method and the quality check

Out of search-engine mode. A structured brief in five parts: role, instruction, steps, end goal, narrowing. A project loaded with your brand voice, product facts and the ASA and CAP rules. Then the safeguards and the five-point check every draft passes.

  3. 3Afternoon

Three of your live workflows, rebuilt

A campaign brief to a first draft with a QA checklist. Last month's numbers to a report narrative the director can trust. One long asset into a month of content with a voice guide written in the room.

  4. 4Close

AI search, questions and the plan for Monday

Twenty optional minutes on where your brand shows up when a customer asks an AI instead of Google. Open questions on the problems the team hits every day, and an action plan for the next 30 days.

What to bring. One live brief, one current draft and one recent report or export from GA4, Search Console or an ad platform. Client names removed if you prefer. Laptops with your own ChatGPT or Claude logins.

What the team learns

AI training for employees: six things your team can use on Monday

Taught in a marketer's language, not the tool's, and every one of them practised on your own work before the day ends.

01

Structured briefing

Role, instruction, steps, end goal, narrowing. A brief the whole team writes the same way, so the draft that comes back is the draft you asked for.

02

Grounding on approved content

A project loaded with your brand voice, product facts, proof and the ASA and CAP rules, so the tool works from what you've signed off rather than what it remembers from the internet.

03

Safeguards and the quality check

Context limits and why long chats go wrong. Telling the tool to say when it doesn't know. A five-point check and a named person signing off before anything goes out.

04

AI search visibility

What changes when the customer asks ChatGPT, Google AI or Perplexity instead of searching, and the signals that get a brand named. One optional 20-minute module; the full picture is the AI Visibility Audit.

05

Content workflows with a check at the end

Brief to draft to sources to approval as a repeatable line, and one long asset turned into a month of content without repetition or invented detail.

06

Reporting narratives from your numbers

GA4, Search Console or ad platform exports into the commentary the director reads, where every sentence points to a number and every "why" is labelled a hypothesis.

The afternoon

AI training for marketing teams: three workflows rebuilt in the room

Not samples. The team's own brief, the team's own numbers, the team's own long asset. The interview can swap any of them for a workflow the team runs every week.

01

Campaign brief to first draft

  • You bring a live brief for a landing page or campaign email.
  • We build the structured brief, a draft, and the mark-up: claims that need a source, tone drift, calls to action that don't match the funnel stage.
  • You keep a brief template and a QA checklist.
02

Monthly report narrative

  • You bring an export from GA4, Search Console or your ad platform.
  • We build a prompt that turns the numbers into commentary, where every sentence points to a number in the sheet.
  • You keep the prompt and a check that stops invented explanations reaching the board.
03

One long asset into a month of content

  • You bring a webinar transcript, a case study or a long blog post.
  • We build a LinkedIn series, a newsletter section and three short captions from a voice guide written in the room.
  • You keep the repurposing workflow and the voice guide.

Fit

Who it's for, who it's not

We'd rather say no on the call than run a session that doesn't land.

A good fit

  • A team that already uses ChatGPT or Claude for real work, every week.
  • Someone who'll sign off a checklist and hold the team to it.
  • Three live pieces of work you can share: a brief, a draft, a report.
  • Between 2 and 20 people who produce campaigns, content, proposals or reporting.

Not a fit

  • A team that hasn't used AI for real work yet. The session assumes it; start with a free foundation course, then come back.
  • Anyone expecting a tools demo. Every exercise runs on your own work, so there's nothing to watch.
  • More than 20 people in one room. It stops working in pairs, so we split it into two sessions or run the remote format.

Want an automation or an assistant built, not just the skills to use AI? That's AI Implementation, and the training comes with it.

FAQ

Questions people ask about AI training

We already use ChatGPT.
Good, that's the entry requirement. This is about whether what it produces is good enough to send, and whether your team can tell. The session assumes everyone in the room has already used ChatGPT or Claude for real work.
We can get AI training free.
You can, and the team has probably done it. The free courses teach the tools. This is your campaigns, rebuilt in the room, with a checklist you keep and a way of working the team runs from the Monday.
Can you automate our reporting?
The session shows the team how to draft the monthly commentary from the numbers. Building a pipeline that pulls the numbers in automatically is an AI Implementation build, and the training runs alongside it.
How many people can attend?
Up to 20 in person for the half day and the full day, and up to 15 on the two-hour remote session. Under six people, ask about the two-hour format: the exercises work best with enough people to work in pairs.
What happens to our documents?
They're used in the room on your team's own accounts and in a shared document you own. Fidesq doesn't keep copies after the session and nothing is uploaded to a Fidesq system. If your company has an AI usage policy, tell us at the pre-event interview and the session works inside it. This describes the set-up, not legal advice.
How does booking work?
Book a 20-minute call. We agree the format and a date, Fidesq Business Consulting Ltd sends an invoice, and about ten days before the session we hold the 30-minute pre-event interview that shapes the exercises.
What happens after the session?
The team leaves with an action plan for the next 30 days and gets a follow-up email with the documents. If the plan calls for a system to be built, that's AI Implementation, with more training as part of it. Nothing is bundled and there's no obligation.
