For independent dental practices

The patient marketing you never get round to

A seasonal campaign to your own patient list, built in a week and run to a date. Your first one is £250.

A Festive Clean campaign page built for a practice, with the offer, the price and a booking button
A campaign page built for a demonstration practice.

Your website is fine. That is the problem.

It lists the services, the team and the fees, and it gives nobody a reason to book this month. We read the website and Google listing of twelve dental practices across one North London district in September 2026. The pattern was the same in all of them.

12 of 12

were brochures. Services, team, fees, and nothing that asks for a booking now.

1 of 12

offered any way to hear from the practice between appointments.

0 of 12

invited lapsed patients back. Most practice software can send recalls. Someone has to own it.

Based only on what was publicly visible on each practice's website and Google listing in September 2026. We have no way of seeing what a practice sends its own patients, and we do not name the practices.

What a campaign is

Four pieces, one fortnight

A campaign is a seasonal offer put in front of the patients you already have. You approve every word, and it goes out from your own system.

A campaign page in your name

Branded to the practice and built from your own published prices, on your own subdomain or on our hosting. Nothing on your existing site changes unless you ask.

Emails and texts to lapsed patients

Written for patients you have not seen in a year or more, for you to send from the software you already pay for. Your patient list never leaves your building.

Your Google Business Profile

Checked for the things that quietly cost you enquiries, with post copy and an image for the campaign, published by us where you give us Manager access or by you where you would rather not.

The report, after it has run

How many patients were messaged, how many booked and what that was worth, two or three days after the offer closes. Built from your front desk's own tally.

The offer adds. It never discounts.

The campaign sells your own published hygiene price with a take-home kit and a short check with the dentist at the same visit, included. Nothing is marked down.

Ten per cent off an £86 appointment is £9. That is too small to bring a lapsed patient back and large enough to teach your regulars to wait for the next sale. The added items read as real value to the patient and cost you chair time rather than cash, so nothing has to go back up in January.

The clock, every campaign

  • Day 0 First message goes out from your system.
  • Day 10 Final reminder, on the programme. Four days of the window still to run.
  • Day 14 The offer closes. We do not extend it. The deadline sits on the booking, not the appointment, so a patient who rings on the last day still has weeks of diary to choose from.
  • Day 16 to 17 Your report, once the Google figures have caught up.

Four seasons, not four quarters

The calendar follows the reasons patients actually book, so the gaps are two, three, four and three months rather than an even quarter.

November

The Festive Clean

A scale and polish before the photographs start. Hygiene only, never whitening.

January

Clear aligners

For practices that offer them. Treatment started in January finishes before the summer.

April

Composite bonding

The spring slot, and a four-figure treatment rather than a cosmetic add-on.

August

Back to school

Aligners for teenagers, timed to the long holiday when appointments are easy to make.

Where the AI sits

The drafting is the cheap part

A practice manager with the same tools could produce a page and three emails. What does not happen on its own is everything after that, and that is what the fee buys.

What the AI does

  • Drafts the page, the emails and the texts from your own published prices and your own services.
  • Produces the variants so a second or third season is hours of work rather than a fresh start.
  • Reads your listing and your site to find the gaps worth fixing before the campaign goes out.

What a person does

  • Checks every claim against your own website before it reaches a patient, because a claim you cannot evidence is your risk and mine.
  • Holds the dates, so it goes out on the day whether or not it is a busy week.
  • Briefs your front desk and writes the report, which is the half that decides whether the campaign was worth running.

Fidesq's team are not dental professionals and do not give clinical advice. Every clinical claim on a campaign page is one the practice approves, and clinical responsibility stays with the practice.

Live in five working days

From your written sign-off. The clock stops while we are waiting on you, and it needs approvals inside three working days, your prices confirmed in writing and one named person who can say yes.

  1. Day 1

A 20-minute call. You tell us the offer you are happy to make and the slots you want to fill.

  2. Day 2

Draft page, emails and texts arrive for your approval. You mark up anything you want changed.

  3. Days 3 to 4

Changes made, Google post drafted, final sign-off. Nothing goes out without it.

  4. Day 5

The page is live and the messages can be scheduled from your system.

What a patient sees

The page below was built for a demonstration practice, from the same template as a real one. Everything on it comes from the practice's own prices and its own services.

Prices

Try one, then decide

One campaign to see the work, and a programme if it earns its place. No setup fee, and nothing to cancel if you stop after the first.

Your first campaign, once per practice

A single campaign

One season, built and run end to end, so you can see what a campaign does for your diary before committing to anything.

  • Your campaign page, live on your own subdomain or our hosting
  • Two emails and two texts for your lapsed patients
  • A Google Business Profile review, plus post copy and an image
  • After-appointment review request copy for your reminder system
  • A report two or three days after the offer closes
£250
Introductory, once per practice, whichever season you take. It comes off the bill in full if you go on to the programme. A repeat single campaign is quoted for the season you want.

One practice per postcode district
Four campaigns a year

The programme

The patient list worked every season, with the four things a single campaign cannot have.

  • Everything in a single campaign, four times a year
  • A third email and text as a final reminder on day 10
  • A week-one check, reading the first 48 hours and naming one thing to change while the campaign is still running
  • Review reply templates, five for good reviews and three for bad
  • From the second campaign, every report measured against your own previous ones
£750 a campaign
Billed £250 a month by Direct Debit. Notice cannot be given until the end of your first campaign, and after that at any time. A campaign always finishes before the agreement does.

One clear aligner case is worth roughly £3,200 to a practice at published North London prices, so a single case covers a year of campaigns. That is the practice's revenue, not a result we promise.

What we do not do

The list matters more than the one above it, because it is the part that keeps you out of trouble.

  • We never touch your patient data. We write the messages and you send them from your own software. There is no data-processing agreement to sign, because there is nothing to process.
  • No before-and-after images, ever. They need signed proof they are genuine and evidence the result is typical, and the small print does not rescue a misleading impression.
  • We never call a general dentist a specialist. Those titles are reserved for the GDC specialist lists, and we check the register before a page names anyone.
  • We never compare you to another practice. GDC guidance prohibits it, and the one-per-district promise is about our availability, not anyone's superiority.
  • We never offer anything in exchange for a review. Google bans incentivised reviews outright and the review request says so.
  • Nothing reaches a patient until you have confirmed your lawful basis in writing. If you cannot yet, we run the campaign and the listing work and leave the list alone until you can.

FAQ

Questions practices ask

Do you need access to our patient records?
No, and that is deliberate. We write the messages and your practice sends them from your own software or your existing reminder system. Your patient list never leaves your building, we never hold patient records, and there is no data-processing agreement to sign. Services that telephone your lapsed patients for you do not work this way.
Is it lawful to message patients we have not seen for a year?
Usually yes, and it is your call rather than ours. The fact that someone is your patient is health data, so before the first sequence goes out we ask you to confirm in writing the lawful basis you are relying on, that the contact details were given to you directly, and who handles an opt-out. If you cannot answer those yet, we run the campaign and the listing work and leave the patient list alone until you can.
Could we not do this ourselves with AI?
Yes, and the drafting is the cheap part. A practice manager with the same tools can produce a page and three emails. What does not happen on its own is the list being pulled and lawfully sent, every claim being checked against your own website, your front desk being briefed, and the campaign going out on a date whether or not it is a busy week. We use the same tools. You are paying for the campaign to exist and to be somebody's job.
Why is this less than a dental marketing agency?
Because it is not an agency. Published monthly retainers from dental agencies start around £500 for a single service and run past £4,000 for a full one, and that money pays for account managers, new business teams and offices. This is one person working on one practice per postcode district, using AI tools to do in a couple of days what an agency takes a month over. You get fewer people and more of their attention, which is the trade we are asking you to make.
What does "one practice per postcode district" actually mean?
We will not run this as an ongoing programme for any other practice in your postcode district while you are on it. That is the whole of the promise and it is about our conduct, not your audience. Single campaigns are not exclusive and any practice can ask for one. There is a practical side too: campaigns run to a fortnight window, we cannot guarantee we can fit another practice in around yours, and where we do take one on, your dates are booked first.
Our website is with another company. Is that a problem?
No. The campaign page lives on its own link, on a subdomain of your own domain or on our hosting if that is easier, and nothing on your existing site changes unless you ask. Putting it on your subdomain needs someone who can add a DNS record, which is usually your web host. If that is awkward, our hosting works the same way and takes minutes.
What do you need from our front desk?
One thing: to record who is booking and how they heard about the offer, and to send us that tally at close of play on the deadline, because the report is built from it. The calls a campaign produces are patients coming back rather than new enquiries, so it also helps to treat them as the priority for that fortnight.
What if it does not work?
The first campaign is £250, once, and it exists so you can see the work before committing to anything. Providing we have the access and approvals we need, if the page is not live within five working days of your sign-off we refund the fee for that campaign. A seasonal campaign that misses its season cannot be rerun, which is why the dates matter.
