He spent years in full-time SEO, including a senior SEO manager role, before search itself changed shape: buyers now ask AI assistants for a single answer instead of scanning a page of links. The AI Visibility Audit is his response, a fixed method for measuring and fixing how AI describes a business, tested on Fidesq's own site first.
In 2026 he added the Small Business AI CRM: one owned system for an owner-led service business's enquiries, follow-up, bookings and invoicing, built for the client and handed over with the logins. Years of hands-on UK property investing shaped the early audit work. He owns every client relationship personally.
Roland
Roland is a developer and designer with extensive experience in building scalable web applications and digital infrastructure. He leads the technical architecture at Fidesq, making decisions on stack, deployment, performance, and security across all products.
His background spans full-stack web development, UX design, and product engineering, with particular strength in rapid prototyping and getting ideas into production without unnecessary complexity.
