AI apps for ChatGPT and Claude

Your quote or booking step, inside ChatGPT, while the customer is still asking

People now ask ChatGPT and Claude for a cleaner, an MOT or a heat pump price, and ChatGPT can suggest an app in the conversation when one can help. We build that app for your business: it does one job, such as a quote, a booking or a reorder, and shows a real answer from your own prices and diary. Payment stays on your website. For UK firms that want to be early to a new channel. The next step is a 20-minute call.

What is an app inside ChatGPT or Claude?

It is a small piece of software that ChatGPT or Claude can call during a conversation. OpenAI calls them apps and plugins, and Claude calls them connectors, but the idea is the same. When a customer asks something your business can answer, the assistant uses your app and shows the result as a card in the chat: a price, a free slot, a next step. The answer comes from your figures, not from whatever the assistant can find on the web.

Customers can open an app by name, find it in the directory, or have ChatGPT suggest it when it fits what they are asking. Both directories are new and still filling up. Very few UK firms with a quote or booking step have an app in them yet.

What does it look like for a customer?

A tenant in Bristol asks ChatGPT what an end of tenancy clean costs for a two-bed flat. Today they get a vague range and a list of names to ring. With your app, they get your price for that job and your next free slot, in the chat, with a button to book on your site. The customer has an answer before they have opened a second tab.

1
They ask

In their own words, in ChatGPT or Claude, the way they would ask a friend.

2
Your app answers

It asks only what the job needs, then shows your price, what is included and when you can do it.

3
They book with you

One click to your own booking or checkout page. The customer and the payment are yours.

Which businesses is it for?

UK firms where a customer needs a number or a date before they commit, and where you can give one without a site visit.

  • Domestic cleaners: regular, deep and end of tenancy cleans priced by size.
  • Garages and MOT centres: MOTs, services and common repairs with a next free slot.
  • Heat pump and solar installers: a cost after the grant and a survey booking.
  • Clinics: treatments, prices and the next appointment.
  • Firms customers reorder from: repeat orders without a phone call.
Not a fit yet if every price depends on a site visit, or if you have no way to take a booking or an order online. In that case the AI Implementation review is the better first step, and we will say so on the call.

Why be early?

Every new channel rewards the firms that turn up first. Early websites, early Google listings and early review profiles all built a head start that latecomers paid to catch up on. AI apps are at that stage now. The directories are new, the categories are thin, and the firms that are there first get to learn what works while it is quiet.

What we will not promise. Nobody controls when ChatGPT suggests an app, and OpenAI and Anthropic review every app before it is listed. We build to their rules, submit for you and handle the review, but we cannot guarantee a listing or a number of customers. Being early is a sensible bet, not a certainty, and we would rather you knew that before the call.

From first call to a live app

1
Opportunity check

We look at what your customers ask, what you could answer in the chat and whether an app is worth building for you. You get a written recommendation either way. £495, credited against the build.

2
Build and test

One app, one job, built from your real prices and rules, with a clear result card. We test it in ChatGPT and Claude with you before anything is submitted.

3
Submit and look after it

We submit it to both directories and handle the review. After launch, you get usage reports and we keep your prices and listing up to date.

What does an AI app cost?

Opportunity check

£495. Whether an app is worth it for your business, what it should do and what it would cost. Credited against the build if you go ahead.

Care

From £750 a month. Usage reports, price and listing updates, and changes when the platforms change their rules. No long contract.

Want to know what AI already says about your business before you build anything? That is the AI Visibility Audit.

See one we built for ourselves

Our first showcase is a heat pump cost checker for UK homes. It works out what an air source heat pump costs after the grant, compares running costs with your current heating and points you to accredited installers. It is in testing now, and we will link to it here once it is listed.

Questions about AI apps

Does one app work in both ChatGPT and Claude?

Yes. Both use the same open standard for apps, so we build once and test in both. Each platform has its own review, which we handle.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will suggest my app?

No, and nobody can. ChatGPT decides when to suggest an app, and both platforms review apps before listing them. We build to their rules and give your app the best chance, then report on how it is used.

Do customers pay inside ChatGPT?

No. The app gives the price and the next step, and the customer books or pays on your own website, so the customer relationship and the payment stay with you.

What customer data does the app collect?

Only what the job needs. A quote might need a postcode and the size of the job. Where the job allows, we design the app to collect no personal data at all, and we agree this with you before we build.

What if my prices change?

Your prices live in one place in the app. On the care plan we update them for you. Without it, we can show you how, or update them at an hourly rate.

How is this different from your AI Visibility Audit?

The audit measures what AI assistants already say about your business and how to improve it. An app goes further: it puts your own prices and booking step inside the chat, so the answer comes from you.
