What we collect and why
Enquiry forms. When you send a form on this site, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, the organisation you name and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which processes it to send the email and does not use it for anything else. We use your enquiry to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send.
Call bookings. The "Book a 20-minute call" buttons load a Calendly booking widget when you click them, not before. Calendly collects the name, email and time you enter under its own privacy notice, and sends the booking to us.
Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the enquiry or the work.
Free tools. The LinkedIn Network Report reads the file you choose entirely in your browser. Nothing from it is uploaded to us or to anyone else.
What we do not collect
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no tracking scripts. The only third-party code that loads is the Calendly widget, and only after you click a booking button. The typefaces are served from this site, not from a font service, so no third party sees your IP address when a page loads.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months of the last message. Client records are kept for six years after the work ends, which is the period HMRC requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our using it, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
When this notice changes, the "last reviewed" date at the top changes with it.
