How do I cancel my subscription?›
Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel within the 14-day challenge window, nothing is charged.

Please select "Safeguarding concern" above and describe the situation. We treat all safeguarding messages as urgent and respond within 4 hours during working hours. For immediate concerns, please contact your local safeguarding authority.
I'm a journalist or researcher.›
We welcome media and academic enquiries. Select the appropriate category above. For press, we can arrange interviews, provide data and commentary, and connect you with users willing to share their story. All aggregate research data requests go through our ethics review.
